Terms & Conditions

Using NYC Bus Tours means you accept these terms. Read them before you rely on anything published here.

What This Site Is

NYC Bus Tours is an independent comparison of sightseeing buses in New York City. It runs no buses and sells no tickets. Bookings are made with other companies under their own terms.

Affiliate Links

Some links pay this site a commission when you book. The price you pay does not change, and neither does the order or the rating of any tour shown.

How Far to Rely on the Figures

Fares, routes, stops and schedules change, sometimes without notice. Confirm the price, the date and the conditions on the booking page before you pay. This site is not liable for decisions based on what it publishes.

Bookings With Other Companies

A booking is a contract between you and the bus company or the platform. Cancellations, refunds, safety and the tour itself are theirs to handle under their terms.

Names and Content

The text here belongs to this site or is used with permission. Company names and trademarks belong to their owners and appear only to identify a product.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated. Using the site after a change means you accept the version then in force.
